CamDesk provides subscription-based digital services. We strive to deliver the highest quality Service. This policy describes the conditions for refunds.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available in the following cases: • Within 3 days of payment if the service has not been used • If the service cannot be provided due to a technical issue on our end • In case of duplicate charges Refunds are not available: • If the subscription has been actively used • After 3 days from payment with no technical issues

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Send a request to [email protected] 2. Include your account email and payment date 3. Describe the reason for the refund Requests are processed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and may take 1 to 14 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Auto-renewal will be disabled.
